Infrared Gas Detector

The BG-1000-IR Infrared Gas Detector is designed for continuous detection of combustible hydrocarbon gas leaks in industrial environments. It uses Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) sensor technology to detect gas by measuring infrared light absorption at specific wavelengths. The detector features a flameproof aluminium enclosure, an OLED display for gas concentration and detection status, and a stainless steel SS316 sensor housing. It supports 4–20 mA output, RS-485 Modbus RTU communication, and three configurable relay outputs for integration with industrial monitoring and alarm systems. With IP66 protection and PESO certification, it is suitable for hazardous industrial environments requiring reliable hydrocarbon gas leak detection.
