Cobalt is a UK-based consultancy and holding company working with ambitious small and medium-sized businesses. Our work spans management consultancy, digital transformation, AI adoption and technology, alongside investments and acquisitions in businesses we believe in. Founded by Ben Farley after fifteen years building and running service businesses, Cobalt exists to help small teams punch above their weight: practical strategy, systems that get built and used, and results measured against goals set at the start. From a first conversation to working systems, we keep things clear, accountable and jargon-free. Based in Stokes Croft, Bristol, working with clients across the UK.
