At Healing Foundations Center, we truly believe in treating trauma as a means to increasing quality of life and allowing people to become empowered, find meaning and joy, and experience emotional freedom. We achieve this by exploring each client’s “window of tolerance” and increasing the ability to move from a place of stress to regulation.
